Hi, I'm Miriam! I love art, crafts and photography.

I live in Auckland, New Zealand, and have worked in education and creative-adjacent fields for the last 20 years.

The majority of my work is just for myself. I have had very little formal training in art, though I did do a one year Diploma in Photography in 2007. 

For a while I ran a business where I could make art and sculptures and sell them online and at markets, but then COVID happened, markets stopped running, and my motivation went away. I'm back now, and ready to be creative!

I will sometimes do photography at events for Scottish Country Dancing in my area, and have done this for a few years now. I enjoy providing the services for an organisation that I'm already involved in, as it feels a lot more personal than just a client paying me.
